How to Use Windows SSH Server

If you are using Windows to access remote computers, you may need to use the windows SSH server. However, you may only be able to connect with an SSH server if you have set up your Windows firewall. This article will help you configure your firewall to include an SSH server. You will also learn how to set up your Windows security tools to prevent unwanted attacks.

Installing OpenSSH Server

SSH Server is a service that allows you to connect to a remote computer or server securely. The server uses public key cryptography to encrypt all the data passed between the client and the server. This method of communication is very secure and is commonly used for logging into a remote machine. Normally, SSH uses a password, but you can configure the server to use public key authentication to increase security.
